How do I Access PACO™ as a Patient?
Patients can only access PACO™ through the 2 following ways.
A Message from Us
We may send you a text message or email with a link to interact with the practice. The link could be to book your appointment online using PACO’s Scheduler or to provide health-related data using PACO’s Health Forms.
Through Our Practices Website
On our practice website, you will be able to find PACO’s Digital Front Door. This will give you online access to manage your healthcare through our practice website. All you will need is your NHS number and Date of Birth to access your healthcare.
*Please note we will still operate our phone lines and answer in-person queries as normal, though this will follow the same protocol as an online query. ALL patients with online access will be encouraged to use PACO GP*

Digital Front Door
The Digital Front Door lets you easily manage your healthcare online through our practice website. No more early-morning calls to book or reschedule appointments—just go to our practice website whenever you need. This gives you more control and flexibility in managing your care.
With the Digital Front Door, you can fill out health forms, and access important health information whenever it’s convenient.
Scheduler
Scheduler is an innovative online appointment booking system designed to eliminate the frustrations of phone queues and waiting times. With Scheduler, you have the power to book appointments with us anytime, day or night, from the comfort of your own home. No more playing phone tag or rearranging your schedule to fit within office hours.
Simply log in to Scheduler, choose a time slot that suits you, and confirm your appointment. It’s that easy! Plus, Scheduler allows you to effortlessly view your upcoming appointments and provides the flexibility to reschedule or cancel if needed. We want you to have complete control over managing your healthcare, on your own terms.
Please note: This feature is not yet fully integrated with all our different types of appointments, therefore you cannot book any appointments unless we have invited you. However, you can still view and manage all of your booked appointments through Blinx’s Scheduler.
